Palms Pool Reopens on March 15!

At last, it's the moment you've all been waiting for. Dayclub season is almost upon us and the only think you can do is pick up a swimsuit and brace for impact.  Starting on March 15, the exquisite Palms Pool & Bungalows will open for daily events and you won't want to be left out.

The Palms Pool reopening is part of Destination Spring Break, a multi-week affair that also includes Moon Nightclub.  Starting at 9 am, Palms Pool & Bungalows will play host to some of the best DJs in the world.  Frolic along the Las Vegas beach, mingle with hundreds of attractive people and sip on the special drink of the day.  If last year is any indication, then Palms Pool is planning on bringing it hard in 2013.

Wet Republic Picks Award Winning Calvin Harris as Resident DJ!

With their big debut only weeks away, Hakkasan Nightclub is starting to finalize what the upcoming MGM Grand hotspot will look like.  Or should I say, sound like?  This week comes word that Hakkasan has signed Calvin Harris, who won a Grammy as recently as THIS MONTH!

Calvin Harris is no stranger to the Las Vegas Strip.  For two years, the chart-topping DJ provided the tunes at the Wynn Resorts.  Now he has been tapped for an exclusive 20-month residency with club.  He'll play 46 dates at Hakkasan itself, as well as 22 additional gigs at Wet Republic Dayclub.

This will mark the much-hyped club's first foray into the Las Vegas nightlife.  Standing five stories tall and with 75,000 square feet of space, Hakkasan promises to be the most exciting nightclub in the world.

Palms Pool Job Fair is Coming In February!

The hiring news keeps coming.  Not long after dropping news about the auditions at Wet Republic, I get word that Palms Pool is having a job fair early next month.

Palms Pool will be recruiting brand ambassadors for cocktail service, server assistant, bartender and apprentice bartender.  Swimwear is required.  Palms will also be hiring for VIP host, promoter, security and lifeguard.

Do you have what it takes?  Group interviews will be held inside Rain Nightclub from 12 pm - 7 pm on February 1 and 2.  Currently you can apply at Palms.com.

Wet Republic is Currently Hiring

Did you know that Wet Republic is currently hiring?  Everybody knows that the Wet Republic Ultra Pool is a great place to party, but it's also a kick-ass place to work.  Currently, our friends over at Wet are looking for both men and women for a whole bunch of great positions.

Tabu at MGM Grand is looking for cashiers, security, lifeguards, bar porter, VIP marketing host and operations manager.

Over at the Luxor, LAX Nightclub is looking for models.  Right now they're hiring for model beverage runner, model cocktail server, model bartender and model bar back.

The next round of auditions hit January 23 - 25, between 12 pm and 6 pm.  But you better get there early, because the line will only be limited to 100 applicants per day.  Also, if you're applying for a model position, you must audition in swimwear and have a headshot and resume.

Bagatelle Brings their World Famous Brunch to Las Vegas!

Can't wait for Bagatelle to open their must-anticipated beach club?  Counting down the days until spring arrives?  Well I have some good news for you!  No, the beach club isn't launching early.  But the club located at the Tropicana will be debuting their brunch this month.

Don't think that's a suitable substitute?  Then it's because you haven't been to a Bagatelle brunch before.  Regarded as one of the best in the industry, the Bagatelle bunch is legendary in New York City.  Signature brunch items from executive chef John Zamarchi include pancakes Bagatelle with buttermilk pancakes and banana's Foster; eggs Bagatelle with smoked salmon and American caviar; eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, spinach and Hollandaise sauce; lobster omelet with Maine lobster, asparagus, tomato and Boursin cheese; and a Scottish salmon scramble with smoked Scottish salmon, American caviar and toast.

On top of the wonderful food, expect to hear some of the best DJs spinning a varied mix of tunes.  And who knows, maybe a special guest might stop by?  Brunch runs from 11:30 am until 6 pm every Saturday and Sunday!

Las Vegas Nightclubs Celebrate MOVEMBER!

Did you know that we're almost a full week into MOVEMBER?  That's right, we're talking about Movember, the annual, month-long event to raise awareness of prostate cancer and other male cancer initiatives.  As it turns out, some of your favorite Las Vegas hotspots are having mustache related events and we want you to get involved!

Up first is STACHE WARS at Lavo Nightclub.  Not only is it a night full of heart-pounding beats from Vice, but there are cash prizes for both real and fake mustaches.  It turns out that you could earn $3,000 for real mustaches and $2,000 for fake, not a bad haul if you ask me.  All this happens on Sunday, November 11 at Lavo.

A couple days later it's PURE Nightclub's turn to celebrate mustachioed men (and women) from around the world.  It's the STACHE BASH and it's happening on Tuesday, November 13.  This event costs $75; however it includes VIP admission and a two-hour open bar from 10:30 pm until 12:30 am.  Not much is known about the event, but that didn't stop PURE from posting this awesome/creepy picture.

If you think all the mustachioed excitement happens at night, then apparently you haven't heard that Ghostbar Dayclub is "Honoring the Greatest Mustache in the World."  Mark Stylz is on deck to make sure everybody is having a great time.  So put away your razors and turn off your trimmers, for the best mustache of the night will receive a prize. Party starts at 1 pm on Saturday, November 17 at Ghostbar.

As it turns out, there are plenty of excuses to skip shaving in November.  Definitely let us know if you plan on hitting up any of these exciting events!
